Files by Less is not responsible for color variations in: gel polish, Gel Squared, flux, as well as differences from your computer to the actual polish are all out of our control.
SHIPPING: Product damage and shortages must be reported to FBL within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Damages must be noted on the Delivery Receipt and with the driver prior to signing for acceptance of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED.
RETURN POLICY: We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges.
DISCLAIMER: FBL is not responsible for changes of manufacturing components, specifications or color which may differ from literature, web sites or other promotional items. All policies are subject to change at anytime.
WARRANTY: All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from FBL Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
• Items must within 30 days of shipment
• All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
• Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Some items are not able to be returned including:
Clearance items or discontinued items
• Items with broken product seals
• Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
• Nail polish, gel polish, gel, used flux solution, brushes.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failure would fall under Warranty (see above).

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & BUNDLES: FBL occasionally offers promotional items, free goods or discounts with a purchase a single item or product bundle of multiple items purchased together.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on all products bought at a FBL event.
TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA: Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. Files by Less is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product.
