FBL Covid-19 policies
Files By Less Client/Customer COVID-19 Directives
Due to the recent COVID-19 VIRUS, we here at Files By Less commit to doing our part in keeping the safety and wellness in mind for all clients and salon members at all times. With that being said, we are requiring strict actions be taken once Files By Less members return to work.
1-Salon members will be required to disinfect and sanitize all used tools/implements, desk, chairs, etc in between each client. Please be patient with them as they work.
2-Salon members will be wearing masks and gloves during each service.
3-Every client will be required to wear a mask for any appointment. If you don’t have your own mask, FBL will have some for sale. You will be required to purchase a mask or reschedule your appointment.
4-Salon members will be required to sweep and deep clean all high traffic areas of the salon for the safety of all clients, customers and salon members. (bathroom, door knobs, light switches, etc.)
5-All clients must wait in their vehicles before their appointment time. Your nail tech will signal you in once she is finished with the previous client.
6-There will no longer be a seating/waiting area for clients, customers or guests.
7-Please come alone to your appointment. No children or extra guests will be allowed at your appointment.
8-Services will be denied if any client comes to their appointment showing any symptoms including, but not limited to fever, coughing, sneezing, wheezing, etc.
9-Please notify your nail tech prior to your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms. No show/cancelation policies will still be in effect.
10-Every client will be required to wash their hands before any services will be performed.
11-For any in-store pickups, customers must call into the salon and a salon member will bring their product out to their vehicle.
