Terms and Conditions for Colors of the Month Subscription.

Receive 3 exclusive Files By Less gel polish colors each month delivered to the address of your choice. 

The day you subscribe for the Colors of the Month Subscription is the day your payments will automatically be charged each month. The date you sign up is the date you are being charged for the next month’s colors, not the current month’s colors. The date your payment comes out can be managed from your account dashboard. If your payment does not go through, the system will try to recharge your account up to 6 times.  Your subscription will automatically be canceled after 6 failed attempts.  

Files By Less Colors of the Month is paid to receive the next month’s colors. (ie Sign up in December and you have paid for January’s colors. You will not receive December’s colors of the month when you sign up in December. You will be on schedule to receive January’s Colors of the Month. 

You can manage your Files By Less Colors of The Month Subscription at anytime in your account dashboard.  You may change your form of payment, the date you are charged, skip a payment, cancel your account, etc.  

Files By Less exclusive Colors of the Month are predetermined and are not up for negotiation. All sales are final. 

Files By Less Colors of the Month Subscription is not a contract and you may cancel at anytime in your account dashboard.
